IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING
the CARE of YOUR PLANTS
FOLLOWING THE SNOW STORMS
Fortunately, the snow has ended and the sun is shining!
Unfortunately, the heavy wet snow has caused damage to many trees and shrubs.
Campbell & Ferrara horticulturists are available to answer any questions regarding the care of your plants. A few important steps to follow regarding plant care are below:
1. DO NOT remove ice or snow from plants. Allow the weather to warm and the snow to melt. Removing the snow may cause more damage to the plant.
2. If your plants are tilted or laying flat DO NOT attempt to straighten them at this time.
3. Your final assessment of the damage to your shrubs and trees will be able to be determined in the early spring, around the 1sst two weeks of March.
Campbell & Ferrara plant warranty does not cover any plant damaged as result of any Act of God , including weather related damage, and will not be responsible for replacing any plants damaged / dead due to any Act of God.
Suggestion for plants that are alternatives to Leyland Cypress:
• Cryptomeria Japonica
• Green Giant Arborvitae
• Little Gem Magnolia
